We may collect account details, email addresses, support messages, billing plan choices, pasted text, URLs, uploaded files, generated TrustCheck reports, automation opt-ins, survey answers, and game leaderboard submissions when those features are used.
TrustCheck is designed for suspicious messages and documents, but users should avoid sending full account numbers, passwords, verification codes, Social Security numbers, private keys, or other secrets. If sensitive information is submitted, we use it only to provide the requested review and related account/support functions.
We use information to run TrustCheck, save reports for logged-in users, manage subscriptions, respond to support, improve scam-education content, detect abuse, protect the service, and send opted-in coupons or safety updates.
Paid plans use hosted Stripe checkout. Bonzentu does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe handles payment processing under its own terms and privacy policy.
We use service providers to operate the service: Cloudflare for hosting, database storage and security; Stripe for payments; and OpenAI for document and message analysis.
What this means for anything you upload. When you submit a screenshot, image, PDF or pasted text for a TrustCheck, the content is transmitted to OpenAI to be analysed. That includes the file itself, not just a description of it. Only submit material you are willing to have processed by an outside AI provider — and bear in mind a screenshot of a conversation may contain other people’s information as well as your own.
Providers are used to operate the service, not to publicly post personal documents.
Bonzentu does not sell personal documents. We do not publicly post uploads or TrustCheck submissions. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to complete a user-requested support or billing action.
Logged-in users may have saved reports and account records. To request deletion of uploaded content, reports, marketing opt-ins, or account data, email [email protected].
