Privacy Policy

Bonzentu Privacy Policy — Effective: October 6, 2026

Who we are. Bonzentu is a brand of BONZENTECH, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company ("we", "us"). Questions: [email protected].

What we collect.

  • Purchases: your name, email address and payment details. Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number. For Arcade life purchases we keep your email address, the pack you bought and the Stripe checkout reference.
  • Messages you send us: whatever you include. The contact form asks for your name, email address, a topic and your message.
  • Arcade (Scam Spotter, ZenGem Quest, RiverSpeed Racing): the player name you choose, scores, leaderboard entries, points and lives. Your email only if you choose to give it for arcade updates. When you start an arcade session or submit a score, we also store your browser type and a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address (not the address itself), to limit abuse. Some game progress, settings, and the player name and email you enter are saved in your own browser's local storage.
  • Cookies: one cookie, set only when you play the Arcade, keeps your arcade session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
  • Updates sign-up: your name and email, and the topics you pick, only if you sign up. We also record the page you signed up from and the consent wording you agreed to.
  • Technical data: our host and security provider (Cloudflare) processes basic connection data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

Bonzentu Trace. The Trace Field Guide runs on your own computers. We never receive your files, evidence, findings or reports. If you use Claude Code or another AI tool with the guide, that tool's own privacy terms apply to what you give it.

How we use it. To deliver what you bought and send receipts, answer support, run the arcade and its leaderboards, send updates you asked for, keep the site secure, and meet legal and tax duties.

Who we share it with. Only service providers who help us run the site (Stripe for payments and Cloudflare for hosting and security), and authorities when the law requires it. We do not currently use an email service provider. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

How long we keep it. As long as needed for the purposes above. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Ask us and we'll delete the rest.

Your choices and rights. Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete your information; we answer within 45 days. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. California residents: you have the right to know what we collect, and to delete and correct it. We do not sell or share personal information.

Children. Bonzentu is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. The arcade is for players 13 and up. If we learn we have a child's information, we delete it.

TrustCheck (discontinued). The TrustCheck checker was discontinued on October 6, 2026. Remaining TrustCheck records will be deleted on or after 5 November 2026.

Changes. We post every new version with its date and keep earlier versions at /archive/. Previous version: April 28, 2026.
